Why are there the issues?
What are the issues?
Extended loading time: Some merchants might experience the extended app loading time. Some times it might take minutes for the app to fully load, this is a technical issue when BON is synchronizing Shopify embedded app. In this case, we would be so grateful if you can contact us right after the issue and we find a way to handle the problem at once. Your patience means a lot to us!
App not loading: This is also a technical issue merchants might encounter using the app when converting to embedded app, when open BON app in your store, you might see a blank window with nothing showing up. When you have issue loading the app, please contact us so that we can arrange an online meeting with you to solve this together.
Setting can not be saved: When merchants use the embedded app, sometimes it might be impossible to save some certain settings. This problem is forecasted to happen with Vip Tiers, some Earning points rules and the Theme tab in Appearance. However this can be solved in no time, just let us know via our chat box and we will do everything to make the app work for you.
