This helps ensure eligible customers don\u2019t lose out on their birthday benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>New reward types: discounts<\/strong><br>In addition to points, Happy Birthday rewards now support:<ul><li>Amount discountsPercentage discounts<\/li><\/ul>This allows you to encourage immediate purchases during a customer\u2019s birthday period, instead of only offering long-term point accumulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why this matters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Birthday campaigns often get missed because rules are paused, adjusted, or launched late.
