Logging in triggers the exclusion flow and restricts access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This feature is included in the <strong>Growth<\/strong> and <strong>Professional<\/strong> plans. Merchants on <strong>Free Forever<\/strong> and <strong>Basic<\/strong> plans can unlock it as a paid add-on for <strong>$10\/month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why this matters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Excluding customers by tag gives you greater flexibility in managing your loyalty program without manual intervention. It\u2019s especially useful for internal users, wholesale buyers, partners, or other customer segments that shouldn\u2019t participate in rewards.
