All BON theme extensions now support multi-language display, allowing you to show loyalty content in the languages enabled on your store.

What’s changing

Multi-language support is now available for all customer-facing extensions, including:

• Points on cart page
• Points at checkout
• Customer account pages

Merchants on Basic plans and above can display extensions in multiple languages. On the 無料プラン, extensions remain available but are limited to a single (default) language.

If you previously edited extension text in the Shopify Theme Editor, you’ll need to remove that text and manage translations in-app to ensure languages display correctly.

Why this matters

Supporting multiple languages helps you deliver a more consistent and localized loyalty experience, making it easier for international customers to understand and engage with your rewards program.
