Bonus points are now awarded based on order creation time
Points for limited-time offer – complete an order campaigns are now calculated based on when an order is created, instead of when it is fulfilled.
What’s changing
For 注文完了 bonus points campaigns:
- Points are now awarded based on the order’s created time
- Orders created outside the campaign period will not receive LTO points, even if they are fulfilled during the campaign
Why this matters
This update ensures limited-time offer rewards are applied more accurately and fairly. By basing rewards on order creation time, campaigns now reflect actual customer behavior during the campaign window and prevent unintended rewards for orders placed earlier.
