B2B tier program
The B2B tier program is now available, introducing a dedicated tiered loyalty experience for business customers (Companies) on Shopify. This program operates independently from the standard B2C loyalty program.
What’s changing
You can now run a standalone tiered loyalty program for B2B partners:
- Business customers are grouped into tiers based on company-level spending
- Each tier has its own entry requirements, rewards, and benefits
- Tier status and benefits apply across all members and locations of a company
The B2B tier program operates independently from the B2C loyalty program and automatically handles tier upgrades and downgrades based on spending and refunds.
Why this matters
B2B customers have different buying patterns and expectations than retail shoppers. This feature helps you reward long-term partners more accurately, incentivize higher-value orders, and manage B2B loyalty at scale, all without affecting your B2C program.
