Why the “Complete Profile” feature is updated?
With the “Complete Profile” feature, you can encourage more customers to share their details, helping you better understand your audience. This leads to more targeted marketing and improved customer relationships.

However, if you use the ‘New Customer Account’ for your Shopify store, you can only collect your customer’s email. Understanding your need to know your customers better, we are excited to introduce our upgraded Complete Profile feature.
What’s new in this update?
This feature initially rewards points to customers who complete their profiles by filling out a form with specific fields. It’s a simple yet powerful tool that encourages customers to provide more details of their personal information. 

With the new version of this feature, merchants have more options for what to include in the form: full name, age, sex, and phone number.


Once your customers submit, All this data is securely saved in the “Customers > Customer Details” tab. And remember, it’s a one-time action—customers can’t re-enter their details once completed.
