Tier progress is now shown in customer profiles
Customer profiles now display tier progress based on total points earned or total spending, depending on your tier conditions.
What’s changing
In the customer profile detail view, tier progress is now shown based on:
- Total points earned, or
- Total spending amount,
depending on the condition used to evaluate the customer’s tier.
This progress reflects the exact metric used to determine tier status.
Why this matters
Showing the correct tier progress metric make tier qualification clearer and easier to track.
