New options to maintain VIP tier status
You can now choose how VIP tier status is maintained over time, giving you more control over tier renewals for customers on rolling-year milestones.
What’s changing
For VIP programs with a rolling-year milestone, you can now choose one of three tier maintenance options:
- No tier maintenance: Customers are reset to the lowest tier after 365 days if they don’t upgrade (current behavior)
- Auto maintain: Tier status is automatically renewed based on the customer’s current progress
- Manual maintain: You set a specific spend or earning requirement that customers must meet to keep their tier
