Referral reward titles are now easier to customize, with editing moved directly into referral reward settings and supported by real-time previews.

We’ve made it easier to customize how referral rewards are presented to customers by improving where and how referral reward titles are edited.

What’s changing

Referral reward title customization has been updated to be clearer and more flexible:

• Referral reward titles can now be edited directly within Referral reward settings, instead of Widget text
• A real-time preview shows how the title will appear before you save changes
• On the Loyalty Page (after sign-in), you can customize the reward value and unit (such as points, discounts, or vouchers) without relying on synced text from referral settings

This update applies automatically to new installations. If you’re an existing merchant, you’ll see an in-app banner allowing you to switch to the new experience or continue using the current setup.

Why this matters

These improvements give you more control over how referral rewards are communicated to customers, while making setup simpler and more intuitive. Clearer customization and live previews help ensure your referral messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with your brand.
