You can now connect BON Loyalty with LINE using Shopify Flow to send point-related notifications and reward customers who create accounts via LINE.
LINE integration via Shopify Flow
As of October 29, BON Loyalty officially supports integration with LINE through Shopify Flow. This update enables merchants, especially those in Japan, to engage customers through LINE when key loyalty actions occur.
What’s changing
BON Loyalty can now be used as a trigger within Shopify Flow to:
- Send LINE notifications when customers earn points from purchases
- Reward customers with points for Create an account actions completed via LINE
This integration allows loyalty events in BON to seamlessly trigger customer communication and rewards through LINE.
