Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial for all plans.
What happens after the free trial?
Due to Shopify's payment policy, after your 7-day trial ends, you will be automatically subscribed to the paid plan you trialed. To avoid charges, you can cancel the subscription before the trial ends.
Is there a free plan available?
Yes. BON Loyalty’s free plan gives you a solid foundation to launch your loyalty program, validate your strategy, and upgrade only when your business is ready.
What is included in all plans?
All plans include a basic points & rewards program, a referral program, a built-in email marketing system for your loyalty program, and basic customization options for your loyalty widget and reward landing page.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. Simply go to the Pricing tab within the app, choose the plan you want to subscribe to, and click "upgrade" or "downgrade."
If I trialed the BON Loyalty app once and canceled, can I try a different plan with another free trial?
No, once you have canceled a trial, you cannot start another trial for any plans. This is because the trial period is the same for all plans.
If you want to try a different plan, you will need to subscribe to that plan and pay the monthly fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
BON Loyalty does not charge merchants directly. Instead, Shopify will include the BON app fee in your Shopify subscription during your Shopify billing cycle. You can view your BON billing history in your Shopify admin panel.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged on the first day of the 30-day billing cycle after you sign up for a subscription (excluding the trial period).
