Enhanced Visibility with Referral Pop-Up and Bubble

We’re thrilled to introduce the Referral Pop-Up and Bubble features in our loyalty system. These tools are designed to catch your customers’ attention effectively. With just a click, they can now easily access and participate in your referral program. This update aims to increase the visibility and accessibility of your referral efforts.

Enhanced Integrity with New Referral Logic

In our pursuit to attract more new customers to join your loyalty program, we’ve updated our reward logic. In an effort to incentivize new referred customers to place their initial orders, we’ve revised our reward system to enable them to receive referral rewards upon creating their account, allowing them to apply these rewards towards their first purchase, with the intention of enhancing immediate engagement and satisfaction.

We’ve also refined the referral logic to enhance fairness. This update ensures that rewards are earned genuinely, preventing any potential harm to store owners.

Now, a reward is given only when the referred individual creates a new, successful account. This ensures that rewards are attributed accurately and maintains the integrity of your referral program. Our goal is to foster a more authentic and rewarding experience for both referrers and their friends.

To diversify the rewards of the referral program, we have added new types of rewards, including coupons (amount/percentage discount), Free products, and Free shipping.

Some Tips for a Smooth Transition to the New Referral Program

Remember to activate the new Referral pop-up

With the introduction of the Referral Pop-Up feature, it’s important to note that activation is manual. As a store owner, you’ll need to go into the Referral Program settings to enable and customize this feature. This step ensures that the pop-up aligns perfectly with your store’s theme and messaging.

Updating your customers’ referral links

All existing referral links will need an update to ensure compatibility with the new system. However, we promise the update process is just a breeze: simply guide your customer to visit the Referral Program section in your widget to get the new links. This small step is vital to maintain the accuracy of your referral tracking and to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Updating email contents for Referred friend and widget text 

To ensure customers have clear guidance on completing an introduction process, we have updated the email content for referred customers.  Please access the Branding > Emails > Emails for Referred Friend screen to modify the content.

Moreover, the content displayed on your loyalty widget has also been updated with new logic to encourage new customers to place their first order.
